Are you interested in making a positive impact within the DuPage County community? Do you have limited time and resources to give? If so, Prairie Path 100+ Women Who Care just might be for you!
We are a group of local women who care about our communities and the people who live there. Our mission is to make a bigger difference in our own communities through collective giving.
The idea of 100+ Women Who Care is brilliantly simple…women coming together with a common purpose of helping local nonprofit organizations who work tirelessly to do what they do.
When 100 women donate $100 at the same time, the group accomplishes collectively what few of us can accomplish on our own – enabling a charity to complete a project or attain a goal that had been out of reach. That’s impact! We meet, vote and give - four times a year.

“100 Women Who Care was started in November of 2006 by Karen Dunigan of Jackson, Michigan, as a brilliantly simple way to raise money efficiently and quickly for local charities. Her group of 100 women, at their first one-hour meeting, each wrote a check for $100 directly to the charity, raising $10,000 to buy 300 new baby cribs for an organization in their city. Since then, they have grown to over 200 members and Women Who Care chapters are forming all over North America. These groups collectively have donated more than a million dollars to locally based organizations.”
